Default Has Phil lost his touch.....

Admittedly Phil used to be mildly amusing in the same way that mental patients can be amusing to watch at times.

Just with all this recent posts, there doesn't seem to be any new material. Same jokes, same people in all his "stories" etc...

Personally, I think he's lost his touch... or what little he actually had.

Do people think his time is up, and that he's old, repetitive, unoriginal, and boring?

So many better things to do that you actually took the time to reply to this post to let everyone know that you didn't have the time to think about it.

Well done

As much as I think pon is a complete cunt at times, he can be funny and very witty. You, on the other hand, take the biscuit.

Edit: was a bit harsh.

and that I think ends this debate it's the internet, you can't take it seriously. As Phil says if he raises one smile (which he does, frequently I suspect) then fair play.

Not if countless other people end up getting LESS enjoyment from the site as a result of him posting random shite in topics that were previously interesting.

Ah, people don't have to respond to his posts if they don't want to though eh Chip ? there are certain people on here who I can't abide, so I therefore stay away from their posts / topics. Simple really

The scroll bar is indeed a useful tool, but it shouldnt need to be used in technical posts to avoid meaningless rubbish, its a threaded site, so its very easy for someone such as Phil to just stay in the muppet room out of harms way or whatever.

I do agree - if it's a post full of the usual shit on here then as I see it the thread is fair game for anyone to post what they like. But if it's a technical thread where genuine sensible debate occurs then it should really be left 'clean'.

Indeed, and this is what I think ends up winding people up about Phil, most people have a sense of humour and dont mind muppet crap, but they would prefer it in the muppet room IMHO
