Default How much boost???

hi guys, my 4x4 saff is running a stage 1, 280bhp how much boost should it be running roughly, im boosting 13psi but its holding 12psi is that about right? as the guy i bought it off said he turned the boost down when he was travelling down the motorway to bring me the car. thanks in advance.

usually 1 bar so 15psi

is that normall for stage 1 or is it best just to get it set up on the rollers?

normal is about 1 bar like they say.

i'd get it checked out regardless...for the sake of £100 odd quid you'd be daft not to make sure it's running right

if the car was known to be running properly, why on earth would they turn the boost down to drive it down the m/way?

something fihy from that comment, so i'd DEFFO get it checked over!

Get it checked out. Mine drives so much better since I had mine done. As stated for the sake of £150 its worth it for the peace of mind.

£100/£150 just get a fuelling check 20 minutes cost you at most 1 hours labour rate, mine charged me £20, they will set boost so you have correct AFR which is the important thing.

It takes minutes to do a power run to see AFR.
