usually pump fudging up, worth checking relay under dash make sure all is good, and the fuse.
i had similar issue told it was either pump or the valve block, i changed both and all was good

When mine did this, it turned out to be a worn wheel bearing. The abs was picking up the movement in the wheel and hub and confusing it with skid.
Check them as part of your research - it was barely noticable the play!

i had this problem once and it ws down to the air gap between the sensor and the abs ring on one of the front wheels, only ever did at very very low speeds, as for the pedal going hard do check the 3 relays and there fuses behind the glove box, but remove the fuese as one of mine had started to melt around ther terminals and was going high resistance and causing solid pedal.

could be many things. the fault will be easily diagnosed by a garage with the proer equipment, they can plug the machine in, and it'll tell them whats wrong
well worth paying for 1hr labour rather than randomly replacing parts

Got my wobble sorted.
The flange that sits in the hub from the wheel side was worn to fuck!
This caused the bad braking and the wobble. Wheel bearing was collapsing because of the flange aswell.
