i decided to tidy up the wireing on my tzr125 powered go kart today. i think i may have accidently wired up the positive & negative up wrong on the coil now theres no spark even when i swaped the wires back. what have i most likly broken, coil, cdi or something else. please help as i dont know shit about 2 stroke engines

 

Are there any fuses in the loom?

I wouldn't have thought it would have been the coil as its not very complex, you may have just singed a wire somewhere along the line.

 

is there any way of testing the coil & cdi?
