Only other option i see barring some kind of gay bonnet bulge is totally removing the passenger side engine mount, and that dont seem too wise to me

Could you not relocate the mount/support the engine from other angles...

Umm, i dont think so TBH? Not easy anyhow.

CA's have 2 engine mounts, 1 either side, that sit on the bottom corners.

Without support underneath each side like that, i think youd be fooked.
