My Sapph has an annoying habit of briefly cutting out under hard left hand cornering when it has quarter of a tank or less in it. Im guessing it to be fuel starvation and have been told by a few people its because it hasnt got a baffled tank?
Its feckin irritating to say the least when playing about but even more so when having a go with another car on the twisties and its popping and banging as its gasping for fuel even though there is plenty in!
Is there any way to solve this without having to keep the fuel level above quarter and without having to take the tank out?
Thanks, Ian.

My cossie did the same, esp once i put twin pumps in it.
TBH most cars do.
Swirlpot is the most obvious solution, but then yopul need a 2nd pump and some more pipework.
Not hard to do tho.

apparently the fuel pick up pipe in cossies is bad for this, its 2 separate parts and the end part can perish leaving you with only being able to part throttle it on the last quarter of a tank,i couldnt bott it on the last quarter ever, which actually helped as it meant i could look a bit further for cheap optimax!
