when i paint wheels i find cellulose paint is good, as it is more flexible,
2k stuff goes so hard when dry it breaks away even when fitting tyres.
it may be worth goin=g to a paint supplier, and getting them to mix you some celly and match a colour to the other wheel? then a few coats of celly laquer also you will need to etch prime them first as alloy is a pain to get paint to stick too

i use tinned primer, aerosol and lacquer, ive done quite a few sets, and theyve always been fine,
firstly give em a good rub down first with DA discs, 180 to rough em, 320 then 600, clean it off with some panel wipe, mask the tyres off with masking tape and the valve, use some decent primer, and then scotchbrite the primer and then paint, dry em with a hairdryer and then lacquer
gives a decent smooth finish
