are you sure you havent just accidentally changed the text size on internet explorer?
if so press and hold the control key (bottom right of keyboard)
and if you use the mouse scroller and scroll in and out it changes the text sizes

try right clicking on the desktop
properties
appearance
then select normal in the text size box
try that
i made mine extra large and it does look MASSIVE!

I didnt know about the control/mouse wheel thing and i made my text fooking huge by mistake

I like the start > Run > iexplore -k personally. (IE in kiosk mode)

If you run this, Alt+F4 to close the screen

Brightness adjust on mine is.....hold FN(bottom left) then f5 dulls it down, f6 brightens it up
