Default Cossie runs rough on start up when hot and cold

I have just put a new engine in my 4x4 but now its running it runs really rough on start-up. Sometimes struggles to fire when hot then once it does it sounds really choked up and revs to about 2000rpm then comes back down again . Its hunting a bit as well. Anyone got any ideas?

Right I have just been out in it again and have decided that its over fueling
the plugs are black but not wet and the oil is smelling of petrol When the old engine was in everything was fine with the new one this fult has developed. The only difference is this engine is 7.8-1 its really getting on my nerves now

What injectors did you have in there ?

Probably had the fuel pressure too high if they were larger injectors

well after much fiddling and taking voltage reading from the ECU, i have found that the CTS wires were fooked.
Cut the plug off, put a new one on and ...................

She's sweet

Cheers for your help guys
