right on friday night we went down to plymouth on a night out for the football on friday night. whilst i was out a couple of my mates went back to the hotel and damaged some of their property inside the room as they had some alcohol at the time unfortunatly.

i was not in today + yesterday but we got a call from the hotel yesterday to say we owed them £100 for the damage. then today got a call from the police but i was not in. so if we payed the hotel the £100 for damages would the police still be able to arrest us?

oh yes i have spoke to them and there paying, but can we still get charged even if we payed for it?
