Basically, Ive got a day I'll be doing some times at brunters for a mag, but I dont want any stone chips as its minty mint outside/underneath etc
Is there any way I can protect certain areas of the car that will be prone to the stone chips?
What do you guys use?
Maybe one for the concours buftys

most i have seen use a quite thick plastic sheet and masking tape to secure it to the body leaving openings for air to enter the rad and exit underneath.... dont suppose you could get it trailered up there then?
or do as one bufty did and drove up to a show with the front of the car covered in clear plactic .. although forgot to leave an opening for the rad .. one blown engine later .....

Cheers people
No, I will be driving the car there, Im just told that Brunters is notoriously bad for stone chippings!
Dont want the car battered lol, but the car is not officially a concours car, but is very clean with no marks anywhere...
Was just a thought that I could do something while actually at Brunters before I do the times

A mate of mine does something called venture shield its basicly what they use to protect rotor blades on helicopters from chips.
Im sure he could make a kit for ya car if your interested but i doubt it will be cheap as he will have to make it up as there are no patterns for older cars.
PM me if you want and ill send ya his number
