Default Fly wheel trouble

After a few 2 many hard launches and traffis light grand prix, my clutch had seen better days (the usual the heavy right foot ends up leadin 2 a light wallet)

While im waitin 4 my new clutch 2 turn up i sent my fly wheel off 2 b lightly skimed,

This is where the trouble started i picked up my fly wheel from the machine shop 2 day,
They have done a first class job but they pointed out 2 me that they r not happy with the finish,
The surface looks like there r spots where the metal is blisterin (like paint blisters)
If u run ur fingers over the surface u cant feel them, n the metal dont feel soft,

Any1 else came across this problem? and more 2 the point any ideas what have caused it im kinda thinkin along the lines of heat

and will i b able 2 still use the fly wheel or is Fooked.
