yeah,theyve turned a perfectly useable 2 lane bit in town in gloucester to single lane,but only after a short bit of 2 lane after a roundabout,so if you havent been there for a while since its happened and come off in the outside lane then "what the fuck,wheres the lane gone?" as theres no indication theyve changed it!

Yup, been changing the phasing of the lights on my route to work for the last while - currently it's the slowest (or rather, the fastest green-to-red) so far, meaning the traffic backs up like fuck in all directions! The "void" (when all lights are red, between direction changes) are longer than each directions green time! Fucking cunts!
