Default problem with goodridge rear hoses for cossie?

got my goodridge hoses for my cossie.4x4
2 problem

the end look different, this end is the one that goes into caliper the whole is a lot bigger i dont think it will matter but just asking.
the biggest problem i have is that the hole in the suspension leg were the goodridge hose goes through to connect to the copper brake line is "round"
and the goodidge pipe that ment to go in there has got a flat side and is too big to go in there as you can see in pics the old one goes straight in but the goodridge obviously stops which makes it a shorter thread

any help?

The smaller diameter wont make any difference Stu, it will marginally give you a better pedal feel if your into measuring the unmeasurable.

If your saying the hose wont fit through the hole then just cable tie it to the side of it. Put 1 cable tie round the hose, 1 cable tie through the hole, and a 3rd cable tie to attatch the two together. Dont pull the one on the hose too tight, and the one in the middle leave loose ish as well. This will allow the hose to move about and flex a little.

Hello mate.

Right, first things first, how many hoses in the kit?

If you're got 4 total (front and rear), then the rear two does away with the solid brake line on the arm, and simply goes straight from the connection under the car to the caliper.

However, first things first. How many hoses? 4 or 6 total?
