mattbibs exactly!! i mean we cant drop the car below what it friggin owes us! yet some customers seem to think we have thousands and thousands in our margin! its just not like that anymore!

There s hardly any dealer margin anymore, my favourite it when they expect you to give them retail money for their part exchanges.
