theirs nothing wrong with it in them pics just some scuffs here and there normal biking marks

i think they'll say its your fault because

a) if youre filtering thru traffic its at the motorcyclists risk
b) if youre passing parked vehicles youre meant to leave a gap of an open door between you n the car

what happened mate?

as for the pics, as said above it just looks scuffed in a few places.

Seriously though, there's nothing wrong with the bike. They certainly won't write it off unless something serious is bent/broken. Why are you even claiming at all when there isnt really anything wrong with your bike or were you injured or sommat?


Isn't giving cars enough room so that if they do open their door you can move out of the way one of the first things you're taught when doing your cbt?

Filtering is totally LEGAL! Its up to the driver to watch out for other road users.

And i think you'll find if someone opens a car door into the road they are the ones that liablity lies with not the user driving past.

that wat the police said but the person who did it wont give his number plate or insurance details but the police r sorting this out now but i need to get my bike sorted so i can sell it which is why i wanna claim
rite this is wat happened
riding home one nite a car was parked at the side of the roads as they do in this town bit in chingford i was just passing him then to door swag open and i hit it which made me brake my leg in to places as for leaving room i would of been on the wrong side of this main road as the whole street they park like he did but he didnt look b4 opening his door

they never fix stuff like swing arms......

it will get repalced......

or depending how old the bike is and what it is worth it could get wrote off because of those marks...

the bike has damage to the handle bars brake and clutch levers pnnels etc... rear pannel that hold number plate etc.. damage but nuffin to bad but these i easy to replace im just talking about damage to the frame etc...
