hmmm i fancy a chinese take away tonight, just looked at the menu and fancy a change!

what is-

beef chop suey
chicken foo yung

i hate spicy food so i need to know!

chicken foo yung is an omlette by any other name. chop suey is vegetable's and beansprouts (with beef in this dish!)

chop suey is noodles and bean sprouts probably
foo yung is like scrambled egg
neither are spicy hot

chop suey does not contain noodles. that is chow mein.

had a mushroom foo yung on friday night, love it! usually get king prawn with ginger and beansprouts but fancied a change. dammit, hungry now
