Solpadeine digital pain relief (Tens) machine

sorry off subject a little but a TENS machine also has marvelous sexual benifits (you need to use imagination a little but the essence of the thing is that you get an electrical fizz wherever you make a circuit with the electrodes)

Do what Mark says and try and see a back specialist, or see if your local hospital has a pain clinic (might be loooooong waiting list though).

As for T.E.N.S., accupuncture etc., they're all worth a go, but what works for some, won't for others.

ginge i read about half way thru the first page and thats it as im buzzing but i suffer from lower back pain all the time. I NEVER take pain killers for it. All I usually do is have a very hot shower and then rub some of this special oil i got (choice of 2: 1 is chinese and the other is made by my uncle ) it gets it all hot and then i just keep my back wrapped up warm and off to bed

Oh smoking some pukka hi grade punk helps

ginge go see a chiropractor, guy i went to see saved me from being a cripple! lol i twisted my spine in two places which in turn pulled all the muscles on one side. took about 3-4 months of treatment once a week (cost a fookin bomb though but well worth it!)

he told me your back takes longer to heal cos your using it constantly, which is why once it goes your'll never be 100% again.

can find his number if you wonna go see him and get it sorted now, or you can wait a few years for the nhs to stratch there asses

My dad sufferd from back pain and nothing worked, I told him to try acuapuncture and he told me it was a load of money grabbing shit. After weeks i told him 'I will pay for the acuapuncture and if it doesen't work then at least we can say you tried it'. He's now alot better because of it.

Actuapuncture Works because your body has it's own natural painkiller built inside it know as 'endorphins'. And the more your body has the less discomfort you are in. Things like thysiotherapy, And Acuapuncture increase the endorphins in your body. So actuapuncture does work very well.

I also sufferd from major major head aches, And nothing my doctor gave me could help. It got so bad i couldn't leave my bedroom. Acuapuncture sorted it to the extent where i could live with it.

Give it a go mate, There's no harm in trying it, Cheers benni.
