On room tempratures at work?

We have no heating at work, its freezing.

It does have to be above a certain temperature to work, as per the Working Conditions Act. No idea what it is, but there are stipulations. It is because the heatings been off for 2 weeks and it needs to warm up or is the system not working ?

There are conditions that if it's under a certain temperature they are legally obliged to send you home.......have a scout on the web, it'll be there somewhere

Yeo, we all got sent home, the min temp is 16 and was 14 in our office.
