Ca anyone help me please

Some fooker has just hit my car in a local super market car park & then kindly after doing damage driven off

Some nice little man come over when I was going back to my car & told me what had happend Stoooopid me never got his details, however he did get me the details of the car involved!!

I've phoned 3 shops nearby to see if any of them have CCTV there, but no luck I've called the police,,,but I've got to go to the local police station tomorrow as its shut now

Raaahhh why do people fook off like this

I know that people on the past have found a website which can tell you where a car is from any chance any one can help me out?? PWEASE!!

Can tell you where it was registered (could be of no help at all as not ever car lives where it was registred), what kind of car and if its taxed from its registration?

do you have the persons contact details who gave you the details of the car thet did etc

as when you report it it can be classed as failure to stop at scene of accident

with a the details of the car and witness it should be ok

 

No I never got the guys details I'm stooopid I know, but I just never thought of getting them at the time & was in such a rush to get home & get on the phone to the police!! Doh! Next time I'll learn by my mistakes ay!

Best thing to do is go to the police station tomorrow they will send someone round to the registered address and hopefully get the fuckers

Id say keep your fingers crossed they got insurance nikki as alot of these fuckers that just drive off aint otherwise it's a pain in the ass to get any sort of compensation. How bad is the damage??

 

Whats the guys Reg number?

At least then we can tell what car it is and if its taxed, chances are if it isn't taxed he/she isn't insured.

 

I've just done some lil investigation work So far I've found out its a MG ZR model, made in 2004 Now I'm off to find out if this person has tax etc

This happened to my mum couple months ago a bloke got the details of the car that hit hers and all she did was tell her insurance company and they sorted it out but at one point they thought might have to go to court cause they didnt pay but did in the end didnt hear anything after that.

 

find it before it gets repaired(if it has damage also)as IF the person who's car it is says they WEREN'T there it will be hard to proove as you haven't got the witness name

Alvyn very true,,,,hopefully they will have some white paint on the car If not police have just called me & said they can contact the council also to see if there is anything on the council's CCTV, fingers crossed ay!!

If you are certain there is no CCTV are you quite sure you didn't see it yourself? Think back, maybe you did see the impact as you were walking to your car (but couldn't describe the driver in much detail as it was dark)?


Without a witness and not having seen it yourself it will come to nothing unless they admit it.

you've got the details from a witness, are you really sure you dont know the person you got the details from .... ie someone you know, that you have got an address for who MIGHT of seen the accident. if you get my drift.

 

Got on ok Police WILL be paying her a visit later today YEY!! Shes also insured,,,thank fook!

Phoned insurance company & told them,,,,so will be claiming through her insurance

Now the boring bit,,,gotta go out & get some quotes!! I think I@ll pay Fords a visit though,,,pmsl I'm sure they'll be the most expensive
