Ca anyone help me please

Some fooker has just hit my car in a local super market car park & then kindly after doing damage driven off

Some nice little man come over when I was going back to my car & told me what had happend Stoooopid me never got his details, however he did get me the details of the car involved!!

I've phoned 3 shops nearby to see if any of them have CCTV there, but no luck I've called the police,,,but I've got to go to the local police station tomorrow as its shut now

Raaahhh why do people fook off like this

I know that people on the past have found a website which can tell you where a car is from any chance any one can help me out?? PWEASE!!
