If you are certain there is no CCTV are you quite sure you didn't see it yourself? Think back, maybe you did see the impact as you were walking to your car (but couldn't describe the driver in much detail as it was dark)?


Without a witness and not having seen it yourself it will come to nothing unless they admit it.
