...yes and i like it because you use the whole of a cossies running gear...need to see how close it looks to a real one..trying to imagine my MAD engine in a car that weighs 800kilos

it will look like and original 
the spd body shell was copied for the ford master plug
the only difference is in the bonnet,the spd 1 has a raised section there for a cologne v6 to be fitted underneath.
to go mid mounted,as kara/mercery did,the car will need to be a lot longer (kara`s were 200mm longer)
the only other way is a front drive engine in the back
i will see if i have any pictures to show the difference in the bonnets

this is the bulge on the spd bonnet.
in this next picture you can see a visible line where it was modded
this is a picture of my old car,just visible is the bonnet vent area at the top
here`s another 1,
the bonnet is a fairly miner mod to change back,but not many people will know anyway,if they do they will probilly ignore you anyway for having a copy
this is a major problem though
it should look like this
a mate of mine that builds a scooby based one for customers,took a mold of my old cut up back end,it takes about a day to do and he can travel to you.

...way too much money!
.....the thing is the spd one can run 4wd but am still thinking front engine although much better cause of gearbox etc...looking for a part built one ideally

that looks like a pre-production one,before ghia finished the styling,it also has vents on both sides of the rear screen

Phil, my bro in law has a 3/4 done which he 'may' sell for the right price (due to him not having time). Its a proper RS Automotive Rear engined one. Comes with loads of gen. rs200 stuff as well (2 sets of gen.wheels, gen dash etc)..... He's also got a fresh cossie engine for it etc etc......
Can find out the sort of money he wants for it.

Karl changes his mind like the weather, I just have to catch him at the right time!!!!! I would say though he would want more than 10k for it.
edit: Just spoken to him, he doesnt want to sell it BUT if he was offered the right money for it he 'may' consider. He has receipts for 18k already for it!!! If anyone wants his number for a chat pm me and ill forward it on.

I think the link above are for the front engined rs200s not the rear engined.
Phil / Damo666 - I have spoken to Karl again re: the above rs200 in the pics and he said he will sell the rolling shell with the necessary bits (rear screen, loom, gen.rs200 dash, porker 911 gearbox and adaptor plates etc for £12k. This wont include an engine or the rs200 alloys (has 2 sets, one of the bling the bling split rims he has just had refurbished!).
Please pm me if you want his number for a chat. I doubt the price is negotiable as he doesnt really want to / care if he sells it!
