Does anyone know the address for the site where you can see the live matches for free? Ive heard about it but never seen it.

Don't pay for anything as most is a scam or money for poor info. Look at the sites below, you can get links to all the software you need. Theres about 5 different ones, PPstream, PPlive, PPmate, Sopcast and Tvaunts that you will need to install.
Its best to install all so you are not caught out if you need to watch a game or its harder to come by. I could Send you them myself but as i say you can get them off there. Then all you need to do is use the TV guide (link on main page and in forum of freefootball) to tell you what channels the match your after is on.
Broadband of 1mb min i would say is needed to run smooth, and its best to get on the game 10 mins or so early in case it needs to buffer, after that it will become smooth. Most visuals are usually between 85- 97% of tv. English commentary you can quite often get too, in fact some of the streams end up being sky itself with Andy Gray etc.
If not then you have to make do with Ching Chong Chang....

Forgot to say, you will need to sign up to that freefootball.org , when you do it will open up a section "p2p documentation" then in there you will see all the software i mentioned.
Then all you need are all the channel links. I can post you those if need be, then its as simple as looking up the guide section and clicking away to watch.
Take time to have a good read up. All the info is there. After a while you will be flying, any game you want.

I have tried most of the P2Ps, but by far I have found PPMate is the best. It's easy to use and the picture quality is pretty good. Once buffered, it never drops connection or hesitates or re-buffers.

Yeah it can be great visually but you're always going to need them all, evenutally. Caifu and Espn asia work well on it. PPsteam is porbably the most consistent.
Tvaunts can be the worst for buffering but then great at other times.

There is a free version of the software you can download here, you dont need to pay for the full version as the free version will do fine.
You should see a link in the top right corner that says free real one player click here to get to the page where you can get the free version. Ignore the 14 day free trial links.
This should allow you to watch all the streams listed here.
Please remember these streams and links do go up and down from time to time just like any other link on the internet. If you find 1 of the links isnt working just come back and try it again later.
To watch any of these links just copy and paste the link into your web browser and it should start-up the program needed and within a few minutes you should be watching the tv channel. Or if its a link site just click on the link for the channel you want to watch. Just remember stations go up and down all the time just try again later if its not working.
If you want to watch 1 of the footie games make sure you get on the stream really early as they fill up really quick then you wont be able to watch anything.

Please remember these streams and links do go up and down from time to time just like any other link on the internet. If you find 1 of the links isnt working just come back and try it again later.
To watch any of these links just copy and paste the link into your web browser and it should start-up the program needed and within a few minutes you should be watching the tv channel. Or if its a link site just click on the link for the channel you want to watch. Just remember stations go up and down all the time just try again later if its not working.
If you want to watch 1 of the footie games make sure you get on the stream really early as they fill up really quick then you wont be able to watch anything.
