go to post office get a v62 form (that is the correct one if i remember rightly) fill it in then send off to dvla.Thats basic jist of it,but do some enquires 1st bell up dvla and best go to police,see if theres anything on it

eh wat, you see a car somewhere that looks like it could be dumped and you can just apply for the logbook

I have found an abandoned S1 sitting round the corner from me - been there for "years" so called the DVLA and went through the process - going to collect it tonight now i am the lawful owner ......
