most stwin box systems have a 3 inch bore but none have a 3 inch baffle a mongose is more like just over 2.5 n a scorpain is around 2 inch
the magnex baffle is about 2.5 inch baffle in the box and a 2 1/4 pipes into the box
so they do flow more

i've seen lots of exhausts on cossies now,and have tried three different ones between the two cossies i've owned,i fnd the mongoose sounds fooking dreadful,i hate it being so loud!!! i had a scorpion which had the middle box remove,again that sounded shit,was too loud but did sound kinda cool on full boost,just droned on the M'way though,and that got on my tits....now i have a magnex,and the sound inside the car is really good,not intrusive at all.
i have mates with scorpion,they sound the best IMO,but the restriction thing may be a downside,although at what levels it's restrictive i don't know

i used to have the 3" back box (mongoose) that was quiet....but bcos i'm a 31 year old boy.... 
i just feel the need for noise and changed to a 4"...when i get my noisey arse gearbox fitted i'm sure it will drown out the zorst....
