The way i look at it mate is--- if they aint at your door with the money then they are timewasters or scamer's. These scamer's do as said above copy and paste the same message to 100's of people hoping that someone will take the bait.

Ive seen a similar worded scam for a laptop.the seller turned it around completely and sent a cardboard box with the keys crayoned on to the bottom.
