Get some new +50 4x4 pistons and bore the block to suit, these have an offset gudgeon pin which stops all the piston slap from cold associated with early cossie motors and will also drop the comp ratio slightly to 7.8:1...

New oil pump is a must and get the crank checked for wear and ovality and grind it if required......build it all up with new shells etc and bobs your uncle........one motor perfect for stage 3....

the key to engine building is not just in the parts you need, but also in the way they are fitted and the clearances used!

cleanlyness is paramount
