which oil for my sapphire cosworth 4x4???
ok probably been asked before but i cant find it in the seaRCH SO....
which oil is best for my 4by sapphire?? grade?? how many litres does a yb hold?? need to know asap so i can get it tomorrow

Mobil 1 Motorsport 15w/50 - I get it for Ł5 a litre - Ł20 for 4.
You need an EFL 90 oil filter (Ł5 from Ford, or whoever supplies ypur oil should be able to sell you one
), and a fill takes 4 litres or so on a standard sump - and best part of 6 or so on a big wing model.
Always worth buying an extra litre or two for topping up - it's a Cossie after all!

They come in 5 litre tubs btw

ok which is best 10 60,10 50 15 50??? also where can i get these readily available cause on the coast i have halfords.wilco,and my local ford but they aint open tomorrow 
oh and is 15 40 bad to use????
