its the new type of dyno
its called a hydrosleave dyno
air is piped underwater to where the car is,, they are used to balance coolent/air temps
highly accurate, highly expensive
the operator has to wear SCUBA

Thanks for that update Mike Rainbird.
Presumabley all other dynos read too much torque compare to these ones?
