WILL YOU ALL STOP
Selling your Cossies and buying fooking BMW`s and stuff,it`s making me very paranoid...
And i keep finding myself sneakily test driving German cars and looking at adverts....
And to make it even worse, someone has offered me almost enough money for the Escos to tempt me to sell...And i`m expecting him to come back with a revised offer...
So stop it the lot of ya...
My head is battered...

I`m hoping i will love it when it`s finished.......The only problem with building a car from scratch over a period of time AND putting a huge amount of money into it is the fear that it will be a massive anti-climax when you finally get it on the road...
That is my only fear really......that i`ll hate the fooking thing..
On the other hand,if it turns out like i hope...........I`m keeping it forever..
Just may have to buy a BMW for when i`m not using the cos...

dave,,,, as much as i like your car and tbh id like to have a escos... i just wonder whats the point as with a bmw you can just park it and leave it
its nice owning one,,,, just its a little like dating a supermodel,,,, its great to show ya mates and talk about ect and fun at first
but at the end of the day they are just too much of a headache and so ya go back to the shagging the ex who works at starbucks,,,,,, part time

Ginge,
i have a focus diesel for her and a works van,i can have the escort sitting there all year if i wanted to,if it breaks....so what, fix it when i can be arsed.
its all payed for so to me,its costs nothing to have it sitting there,i use it when i can,not over use it but i like driving it,not having it locked away most times.
if i need to go places where i think its not suitable for the escort then i take either the focus or the van, does not bother me.
its just nice to have it.

i think most people prefer a 400hp m5 that you can get on a s plate for 13k standard, to a stage 4 f reg cossie tbh, im sure as time goes by less and less cossies will be owned, atleast if the person only has one car...
