whats the law on removing your back seats i.e mot/police

Default whats the law on removing your back seats i.e mot/police
i have stripped out my fiestas interior so all that remains is 2 seats. door cards and dashboard

whats the law when it comes round to mot time because the car was regeristed as a 5 seater with seatbelts but now it only has the front seats.

wanna find out b4 i sell the rest of my interior

will pass the MOT with only 2 seats as long as the belts work fine

If a belt is fitted, but there is no corresponding seat it is NOT considered to be a seat belt
