Diet coke won't be a factor with weight gain, its got not sugar in it and no carbs or fat. Hence why it tastes like crap, plus it has caffeine too. Mars bars, cakes, crisps, bags of sugar and biscuits all make kids huge far more than pure fat things like Cheese or butter, and you can't eat much of them as it stuffs you up. The diet versions have no sugar. sugar you can eat all day.

You probably lost a bit due to the water, water is one of the best at burners there is and can also tighten you up.

Running is the best thing for weight as said but if you drink regularly then forget about losing a lot, the metabolism and liver won't be back to normal until a month or so after quitting, then your food will get broken down better again, plus you leave out all those calories from the beer itself. You should lose about 1 stone or so just from not drinking for a month on its own. Then hit the running. Drink makes you lazy too so its hard to maintain cardio as well as without it.

No Gym, go for excercises that uses your bodyweight...pressups,chinups,squats etc......

If you've got a punch/kickbag even better......

At a V drunken dinner party I shot my mouth off to a lovely little single lady. Unfortunately the next day I realised the bet I had made with her. Within one week I had to lose a stone in weight! Now I didnt have the tits etc to already lose as I was not that unfit to start with. To do it I simply

- Ran 5 miles per night (going from no running this was a slight challenge)
- Ate one packet of cheese and one packet of meat a day - think they were 150 grams lol You can mix them up a bit for variety

I had the weigh in exactly a week later in the same clothes etc.

I had lost 1 stone 2 pounds in exactly a week.

My bet was right - its all in the head - if you want to lose it do it - simple and stop your moaning! lol

Oh and huge disclaimer to how healthy this route is lol although I had no lasting effects and have never gained within a half stone of what i was through normal diet and exercise.

I didn't want them to deal with my debt.. I don't quite understand why I can't have debt and pay it of using their pay? random..


Anyway dad is gonna buy the car off me, i'll pay the loan off and then i'll pay back my dad.. simple
