Rod Allen cars? On Drugs????
ok, I have heard of some daft things in my time, but check this out!! When I was hunting for my escort cossie, I found this under RS on the auto trader, so looking at the price,£10500, naturally assumed the car in question was an escort cosworth....http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www...00638102045157
well, imagine my surprise when I rang the garage, only to be told that it is infact an RS2000
for £10500 and the guy got REALLY angry, 
saying he was getting sick of people phoning up thinking it was an escort cossie, and I quote " you won't get an escort cosworth for less than £18,000 in good condition" , told me to stop dreaming, then put the phone down ..... Funny old thing, browsing through tonight some 4 months later and its still for sale....wonder why

i think the white escos only had delivery miles on.... didn't realise he'd managed to sell it though. That was in the local paper for a year maybe more!

near blackpool...
i heard rumours of the escort cossie for 23k, so went down for a look,...
it had literally no miles on it.....about 80 iirc....could be wrong....
was trailered from ford showroom to ford showroom as an ornament.
so mileage was going onto and off the trailer....apparently...
and as said, mint doesnt do it justice....
it was brand new,....thats the only way to describe it...
