Shouldn't worry, i have a friend, who is 20 years old, and the other day asked me what the motorway speed limit was
He genuinely thought it was 70 in the slow lane, the 80, and 90 respectively
He probably shouldn't be allowed on the roads after that comment

While me and the missus was driving down a dual carrageway she saw some pine cone trees and asked
'why do they chop the branches off only half way up' ,
after 15 minutes of laughing I told her they grow that way !!!

My ex astounded me once when we were driving through a shit part of Aldershot, overlooked by a massive rusty old Gas holding thing, near a refuse site, in a blatently pikey part of what is essentially a shit town anyway [I showed her all the nicest places
]. We were on this road with battered static caravan parks on either side and she asked:
"Do they live here ALL year round?"
To which I replied "No, they only come here for their fucking holidays"

Well my missus has just got her first car! And she cant take any comments on her driving so when we set off earlier i noticed she hadnt put her lights on and thought id see how far we got b4 she realised...around 15 mins later we stopped near a bus stop and everyone was waving and pointing but she still didn't realise so i just told her then!
She didnt even realise the other drivers were flshing her!

another i just remembered is that i noticed her lights were dim, on asking her she said she always had these on like that in the dark (her sidelights) and she thought the dipped headlights were just for flashing ppl to pull out of the way

Many many years ago when i had my mini me and the mrs had been up rivvi pike (big hill) scutching about on the country lanes when i came round this bend hit some black ice and totally lost it, slid accross the road hit the grass embankment took off then started sliding backwards down the grass verge. Her comment during this was "are we going to crash" my reply "we already are you daft cow"
