no where near a school mate no way,it was on a straightish road duel carrageway with trees on one side and then the central res then the other side of the road then there are houses,gutted and mad as fook with myself driven that road for years (not at 50)what a prize pr1ck

About 12 years ago I got done for 54mph in a 30mph and got 3 points and Ł40 fine..... copper said if I was doing 55mph I would have been up in court

Sadly i think you could get 6 points bit bigger fine.????200 pounds.my mate got caught few weeks ago doing 56mph in 30.he allready had 6 points now has 11 points and had to plead for his job. being a driver.
DId they say you have to go to court.

I myself got caught doing 96mph on 70mph daul carriageway got 4points Ł200 fine as i pleaded guilty.and had a clean licence. need my licence for work.

i have only had the 1st letter asking if im the driver have sent it off to await my punnishment,i have a sinking feeling in my gut that it will be more the 3pts and Ł60 fine i really hope a ban isnt involved but time will tell thanks you all for your replys

And if you use your little brain for 2 seconds, outside a school aint the ONLY place they cross, but it is the most likely!

As said above, outside a school is the most likely place for kids to be messin about near the road.
