Default insurance details for summer, or 1 and 2 days

hi folks, time has come to renew my insurance on my cossie but its crappy winter now, bye bye nice dry roads and summer

is it possible to get insurance just for summer and how would this count towards my now claims bonus etc?? or just insurance for the weekend etc etc?

any further details much appreciated

i just use boncaster thru the RSOC

just take out a normal policy but when done just ring em n cancel it. they have no charges or cancelation fees!

just cancelled it yesterday on the RST, n kept the cossie one going

so norwhich union is good for the short term but do anyone do a 3 month policy then?

so u dont get any no claims with these policies then?!

nah you wont get any no claims

but why not just do what i do?

take it out as a normal policy then cancel it when you've had enough

i've only had my RST insured for about 3 months this year

only really got it insured for Ford Fair n National day

handy as its all done online, and if you only need it for a day a fornight its pretty damn cool

its called Day Insure.

Its an online company, where you can simply insure the car for 24hrs at a time.

as above, i sure www.dayinsure.com advertised in the pisser at the services and picked up a card. haven't need to use them yet though, so don't know what the prices are like. very high i imagine.
