Strange question - Rover 25 stereo removal.
Anybody have a clue how to remove a tape player from a rover 25?
I know it isn't a 'rover site' but hoped somebody may have had to do this at some point on here
cheers, pete

not likely, it's a shitty tape player , it's my aunties car and wants to put her daughters cd player in, it's only got two holes either side, just under half way down

there are 2 little plastic caps over the side of the stereo.
pull these off and then insert stereo removal pins.(or bend a wire coathanger to suit)
stereo will slide out
once out, other stereo should fit no problem.
some of these cars will use BMW wiring plugs, if so, go to halfords and buy an ISO adaptor for 13 quid
