right im having a crisis im running a 2ltr zvh with efi head etc so running ofac fes turbo management was running 7psi on standard injectors fine but was told that i could run 14psi on standard injectors with a chip so on went the chip and a twist of the bleed valve but wen i accelerate its like im hitting a block come off the accelerator and straight back on and she hits 14psi fine so wot could be causing the block first of all??????????

Just try lowering the boost very slightly. You may find that when you go in for boost at lower RPM it labours a little and forces the boost up, but doesn't make quite so much at higher RPM.

Worth a go.
