keep spotting nice pics and avators and i used to right click them and save to pictures and then bluetooth them to my phone . but recently everything i save comes through as bitmap

when i save like this , if its a gif image , like a moving one ( like the bouncing boobies one, you know the one i mean ) it saves as a still image . ive tried clicking the type of file and changing it but the only option is bloody bitmap. ive even bought the properties up and went to the link where the pic is from and tried saving it from there but the shit pc still will only save as a bitmap . why is this cos the boobies one is a gif file already so how can i save it as the format it is already. i had to get TIFF to email the little transformer one cos i couldnt save the image cos it moves . even still pics still come through as bitmap and my k800 wont understand them

its probably a simple thing but its bugged me for ages now. ive deleted alot of my files cos someone said that was the problem but no , its still only saaves as bitmap

down to phone software id have said,....if you have software with phone try converting it with that....

works fine with mine....

If it has saved it as a bitmap then its just saved one frame of the gif so you will never be able to reanimate it.

exactly . so how can i save it as a gif or jpeg ???

the disc i got with the k800 wont load properly onto the pc either

If it all comes through as a bitmap then your internet cache is full.

Clear it and retry.

If you have got a still picture thats bitmap you can change it to jpeg by opening it with paint and selecting "save as",
select Jpeg in the drop down menu and then save

wheres the cache ive got to empty ?? ive deleted loads of pics . and i can save it jpeg in paint but if its a moving pic i want then the bitmap only saves one image and then i lose the rest of the moments??
