i now a lad who got offered 300 quid for his stats on bf2 soon sold them, went out bought game again same name just different lettering and hes back up to where he is now

takes a months and hours to get stats like that, i dsell mine for bf2 if someone offered the rite amount for them

A mate of mine bought a level 82 character in Asheron's Call a few years back for £250.

Already playing EVE Online, and I can confirm that 36.5 million skillpoints would take about a year to train up......so there's no small effort gone into making that character to sell (well, you can start a skill training then log off, but 36.5million SPs is going to take a long time to train).

The 400mil ISK (credits/money) could be got in 4 hours, so that part's not as hard...

Good game, though, but I prefer to build my character up using my own hard-work!

There are "factories" in china making these characters, they have kids who sit there playing the game 24/7 in shifts to get characters up as high a level as possible and then sell them off, or sell the items they collect off.

Nope, everything is stored on the central servers that the company who make the game look after......most games like this offer a "transfer" facility, where you can transfer a character from one account to another, which is exactly how this is done. Completely against the EULA of most games like this, but I guess most transfers aren't looked into in too much detail.

This game then..the character he's selling...can you lose all the skills etc it has? surely if you can't get a character up to those points or whatever yourself..if you buy him, you'll lose them all anyway if you're crap at the game..won't you? or does it retain it all?

Either way...thats bloody ridiculous..just proves you can sell anything on ebay.. ..good luck to the seller though if someone is stupid enough to bid for it

You can't "lose" skillpoints, nope. You train them up over time, they can only get higher as you play longer.
