Actually I'll rephrase that lol

Dont tell me if uve got it or not, just tell me your thoughts on it as a security system.

Been offered it for £250+vat fitted and 109/year or 320/life

Had one on my cossie m8, and was spot on. Had the phase1 type battery on mine, and when it had its 5 year inspection, the guy from tracker stated they were the best batteries to have & the retrieve was a good and popular system

My Evo8 also had 1 fitted & my other Escort Cosworth

So must be ok m8...

neither are that good pal, look into how they locateyour car if it goes misisng, the only differance between the two is the activation, one you tell them the car has gone, the other they ask you if you still have your car !

Personally any tracking device for me is for getting the piece of paper to show your insurance company.

By that I mean if your car gets nicked......would you want it back.

For that reason, get the retrieve then you can give the thieves a couple of days to get away before you alert tracker!!!!

TBH Trackers are not all they are cracked up to be.....

If you have proper insurance, then you will be paid out properly for your car if anything happened to it.

I dont know if i would want my car back if it was nicked...for a start off it would be on the hitlist so you would loose a fair bit when you choose to sell it

my company sells live gps security trackers, our price is a few pence per day more but retrivial is spot on, if anyone is interetested then let me know and we can sort a deal out for prices

i would rather pay 2p per day more and if my car actually gets stolen be able to find it after

they basicly use the same gps system as us but there unit is more dated and also more exspensive, we have the smallest, cheapest most reliable tracker on the market at the mo, so there no competition

I have the tracker monitor a few times now i have had the car trailered to the gargae or body shop and they have always rang me to let me know its on the move (which they should anyway) i like to know they are checking it. Subsciption is about £109 a year i think.
