Default Taking the private plate of my car?

Im getting all muddled up.
How do I get my private plate off my car...
No I dont mean screws holding the plate on. I mean putting it onto an age related plate.

Fill out a form, pay 105 quid, make sure your car is taxed (or has been in last 6 months) and MOT´d and they´ll let you know what plate they´re putting it onto.

Can be done by post or at your local VOSA office.

Ps: Above is to retain the plate on a certificate, if you´re transferring it, it only costs 80 quid but other car also needs to be taxed & MOT´d. You need docs for both cars.

Oh I could transfer then. Getting rid of the motor I use for work which has my plate on. Might transfer to the Gsi Turbo straight away.

Yepp.
Major turn of events. Im going to be a paper pusher at work so loose my allowance. Get a rise but dont need to have a hardcore motor.
Will either car share or use the Turbs.
