Default Dump Valve Removal
I am thinking of taking my dump valve of my 4x4 saff, to have more chatter.
What would be the best way to seal off the outlet entry from the engine to the dump valve?
By taking of the valve will I get chatter from lower speeds?

just stick anything in its place that fits, you can get shiny bungs, or you can jam a broom handle in there (you may need to shorten it tho)
