im keeping my eye on this one and have registered interest

the free one aint good enuff for me 2 m/b and a small download limit

£5 option - up to 8mb and 40 gb limit (im paying BT £25 for this now !!)

£10 option - up to 16mb and unlimited (normal within reason applies)

I do really on my broadband heavily and use xbox live so im waitning for people to order it and see how it is before i commit

If the service is reliable then its stunnign value for money

No one has it yet. All you can do at the moment is register your interest at www.sky.com/broadband Also, you need to have a BT phone line.

You can use this link to check the availability in your area:

http://www.samknows.com/broadband/checker2.php

If you enter your postcode and then click on "BT ADSL" it will tell you what telephone exchange you are connected to. This should be highlighted in blue, if you click on it you will see a summary of information about the exchange. What you are looking for is the box on the left that says "Broadband availability overview". If "LLU services" is set to yes then you can get the higher packages and therefore higher speeds. If not then you can still get Sky Broadband but you will not be able to subscribe to the higher speeds until later in the year when your exchange has LLU services.

Hope this helps

I was lookin at this today, got the letter last week.

The £5 option looks good enough for me but i really need to save the extra money asap, and sky might take up to 12 months to get to my area so orange broadband and phone it is i think

Lsiten guys, don't worry about what services it says you can get. You can get Sky Broadband everywhere (with the exception of one area, I forget what it's called) as long as you have a BT phone line. The purpose of the link is just to see if you have LLU services, meaning you can get the top package etc. Even if you don't have LLU services at the moment most of the country should have them by the end of the year and you can still get Sky Broadband.
