Default Passed

Passed my test today, 3 minors

Spent the night in the car. One question though. I was giving it a bit through a 40 zone (I was doing about 50ish) and I went past a normal police van parked in a school entrance. It was parked at an angle to me (with the rear facing the road) and looked empty.

Probably nothing and doesn't sound like a camera van, what are the chances? Dont want 3 points already

Well done mate, as for the police van i wouldnt worry about it.

You want to be careful though, 6 points in 2 years & you have to start again.

Congratulations

Chances are they were on a call out of youth's on private property.

Some of the schools have broken up for summer but the daft kids keep on going back trying to get in

Take it as a lesson learned, SLOW DOWN near schools especially in term time.

If you want to go speeding do it past Post Offices as they are frequented by old biddies who are easier to dodge around as they just stand still

I thought the limit was 20mph or 30mph in the vicinity of all schools by law!

Never mind the work - I know what our oldest pays for his insurance and don't even want to guess what it would be with a disqualification on the record.

Sure?

Every road that has school next to it always have 20mph zone. Even the one local to me and in the middle of the city.

I'd suggest he go back to the area and look at the speed sign.
