customer needs turbo rebuild, which needs a compressor wheel,...
if you was the customer would you be happy paying, £110 + vat,...just for a compressor wheel,..
so i said i d try and get one for cheaper,....

the price i gave you was retail you chimp, i NEVER charge retail on replacement parts used on recons i do. My profit from a build is the same if its a basic service or one which has various new parts
In all seriousness bushy brows im on the case as the price i can supply currently is near on double what i could get before as you well know but due to the fact there is little call for them now its getting harder by the day to find them at a resonable price hence why they are so dear this time, The are genuine garrett parts though
Ps Did i ever tell you that garrett hike prices up yearly?

if someone came to you with asking for a turbo rebuild, you charge x amount....and make, lets say for arguments sake £100 profit,..
so,..you take the same turbo, and find the core is fooked, theres no way you can make the same amount of profit if you need to buy a core at £88 or what ever they are, and not charge for it,....
so kiss my ring piece...
