Default what sort of bhp sould i espect???

hi i was woundering if ne1 would have some sort off rough guess of my bhp as iv not had it on the rollers yet
my spec (what i can remember)
2wd- 200 block low comp-7.6
slightly ported head
bd10s
t34 .48
rs500 style itercooler
044 fuel pump
1.5 bar boost (but want to run 28psi)
10mm plenum spacer
greys
thats about it
also i moved the amal valve to the p/s side and used silicone vacum hose
and it turned it self down to 1 bar any thoughts on this would be very helpfull (everything is on right!!!) thanx in advance

Depending on what software you are using in the ecu i reckon around 350-400 horsies thats a guess mind

330-350max imo. You need a bigger turbo

l6 ecu with a1 rallysport chip !! ne advice on uprating would be cool too whats the turbo too use ???

Would of thought with greys you'd be better of with a .63 exh housing rather than your .48.

I renewed my amal boost pipes with silicone ones not ling ago & had the same problem with boost drop off, its to do with the diameter of the pipe must be slightly different to the original pipe,also if you've lengthend them it will alter boost.

I had to cut a bit off the actuator rod thread so it would allow me to put more pre load on it, not ideal though but otherwise i couldn't run 1.5 bar again.

iv done mine to the end now got i.5 again but wanna run about 2bar would i be better using a bleed valve or are they forbidon

I wouldn't run a bleed valve myself. If i were you i'dtake it somewhere & get the boost set properly otherwise it could be tears.

Abit laggy i found, mines on Greys and it pulls really well, get yourself a live map sorted

the exhaust housing will restrict your power, so it depends on what you want.

for a good solid 350, you sound like you have a good spec


careful with greys though, need setting up properly

Dont take this to heart, but you sound so unsure @ the mo, the .48 housing will give verY minimal lag, depends what your after........

Mines .48, and its awesome, no flat spots nothing.........
