De-stressing engine blocks
is it worth it for like 400bhp in a Zetec turbo?
while i havnt build mine up yet i was thinking about removing the casting edges with a polishing stone to de-stress it all
anyone got any views?

As above. takes a while.
Even the smallest amount of effort towards an engine build goes a long way.
But for the power you want (400bhp) the engine block will be fine as long as you have a good casting to start with.
