18's don't really go too well on Mk3 and 4's mate

I used to have 18's on my old Mk4 XR3i but i'm sure some 16's wou;d have been alot better! lol

Think the Focus rims are 8'' wide too which wont help

After havin a chat with stu at MSD, Wish i was back in engineering again due to the amount of over inflated prices of machined components

I myself even have to use a local firm as i don't have access to machines anymore

ITS A RIP OFF

anyway good luck with your project

"WEAK SPOT" WHERE,WHERE,WHERE.Because BROM @ ZOO MOTORSPORT has sold about 60 sets of these,so somebody better say where the weak spot is before we all die.

In my opinion its the sharp angle between the two lwr bolt holes at the thinest point

looks like it could crack under excess rotational forces.

if there was a radius there then that would help.

BUT looking at picture i've now noticed i was thinking the caliper was on the rear

which means there OK
